Peanuts are sold by the pound and are packaged in paper bags when purchased at our place of business and in cardboard boxes when shipped.  Peanuts are available to ship November through May and should be available on our site year round.

We will ship your peanuts via UPS and charges will be added to your invoice.

Add 50 cents per bag for red and green yarn stitch at top of bags.  Requires advance notice.

Chinese Chicken Salad with Peanut Butter Dressing

Dressing                                                                                                    Chinese Chicken Salad
2 tsp peanut oil                                                                                4 small (approx 14 oz. total) grilled or baked
2 tsp toasted sesame oil                                                                      boneless, skinless chicken breast halves,
1/2 c creamy peanut butter (w/salt)                                                  sliced into long, bite-size pieces
1/4 c rice vinegar                                                                            8 c musclun or other mixed lettuce greens
Juice of 1 lime                                                                                  1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 clove garlice
1 Tbsp chunk fresh ginger
(or 1 tsp ground ginger)
1 tsp chili powder

Per Serving:  348 calories, 37 grams protein, 15 grams carbs, 16 grams fat, 3 grams saturated fat,
7 grams mono. fat, 83 mg. cholesterol, 4 grams fiber, 628 mg. sodium
